CARNATIONS Days 2025 was proudly hosted by Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, welcoming students, researchers, industry partners, and representatives from the U.S. Department of Transportation, including members of the CARNATIONS Advisory Board, for a productive two-day event.
