The Education and Workforce Subcommittee of CARNATIONS is dedicated to enhancing educational excellence and workforce development within our community. We bridge the gap between education and employment through innovative programs, policy advocacy, and partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions.

• University Collaboration: Partner with different universities to allow students across partner institutions to learn the same subjects.

• ERT: Utilize the Engineering Research Toolkit (ERT) to support undergraduate and graduate student research in R-PNT transportation. ERT projects train students on CARNATIONS research topics, focusing on encouraging underrepresented students to apply. Stipends are provided to participants.
